The Receipt section is a fundamental part of the WMS system, as it encompasses the entire process of receiving packages sent by clients to the warehouse. This section contains the key modules that manage each stage of the receiving process, from pre-notification to the final validation of items.
📄️ Shipping Notice
The Shipping Notice module allows the management of Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) sent by clients. This module details the information related to items that will be received, including description, quantity, country of origin, and more.
📄️ Receive Orders
This module allows the creation and management of receipt orders corresponding to packages sent by the client. Its main purpose is to register each merchandise reception into the WMS system, ensuring precise control over incoming products. Through this module, the entire process of packages entering the warehouse is managed—from physical reception to validation and system registration.
📄️ Receive Orders Picking
In this module, you scan the PPLs (Packing List Labels) previously generated in the Receive Orders module. Its main purpose is to validate the item information inside received packages, ensuring it matches what was recorded, and to facilitate accurate receiving control within the WMS system.
