Internal Portal

Receipt

The Receipt section is a fundamental part of the WMS system, as it concentrates the entire process of receiving packages sent by customers to the warehouse. In this section you will find the key modules that allow you to manage each stage of the receipt, from pre-notification to final validation of the items.

Orders Monitor

This module generates the purchase orders and displays the fulfillment flow contained in each of the orders, as well as a history of movements made to each event of the order.

Shipping

The Shipping section represents the last phase within the WMS system. In this stage the packages, grouped in pallets, are prepared from the orders generated in the Order Monitor module, in order to be dispatched and delivered to the customers.

Client Portal

Dashboard

If you want to get a summary and real-time view of the status of your orders within the fulfillment process, this dashboard is ideal for you. It breaks down metrics that indicate the number of orders at each stage of the fulfillment flow, accompanied by graphs that offer a visual representation of the processing progress, among other relevant data.

Orders Monitor

The Order Monitor module is a key section within the WMS system, which allows to visualize, manage and monitor the status of the orders to be handled in the warehouse. Its main function is to provide real-time control over each phase of the logistics process, from order creation to completion.

Shipping Notice

This module allows you to manage your ASN (Advanced Shipping Notices) efficiently. The customer portal provides this tool so that you can notify G Global's warehouses in advance of incoming packages.
